Desktop / HelpDesk Support Technician	Responsible for the overall coordination, control and maintenance of desktop computers in a company. Supports microcomputer applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, database management systems and electronic mail.  May also perform formal or informal training on corporate applications. Supported technologies : Windows NT / 95 / 98 / 2000 / XP
System Administrator	Maintains server hardware, software, printers, and other networking equipment.  Troubleshoots user logon, printing, file access, and communication problems.  Performs system and data backup and recovery.  Maintains DNS, DHCP, WINS, E-Mail, Network Fax, and other core network services. Supported technologies : AIX / Solaris / Linux / Unix / Windows NT / Windows 2000 / Novell NetWare
Local / Wide Area Network Administrator	Evaluates, selects, installs and maintains Local / Wide Area Networking (LAN/WAN) equipment.  May select and interface with communication and internet service providers.  Responsible for maintaining LAN/WAN connectivity.  Performs analysis and diagnosis of LAN/WAN communication problems.  Works with network hardware such as routers, hubs, bridges, gateways, and multiplexers.  Familiar with LAN/WAN protocols such as TCP/IP, IPX, SLIP, PPTP, X.25, and others.  Maintains corporate firewall, remote access, VPN, and related security systems. Supported technologies : Cisco / CheckPoint / WatchGuard / f5
Database Administrator (DBA)	Manages and maintains corporate database servers.  Administers and controls an organizations data resources.  Uses data dictionary software to ensure data integrity and security, recovers corrupted data, eliminates data redundancy, and uses tuning tools to improve database performance. Supported technologies : Microsoft SQL Server / Oracle
Web Server Administrator	Manages and maintains corporate web servers.  Proficient in HTML design and experienced in the installation and configuration of a web server software.  Proficient in PERL/C/Python/CGI scripting.  Design background with database interface experience.  Responsible for web server performance monitoring and tuning.  Supported technologies : Microsoft Microsoft Internet Information Server / Site Server / Apache / Netscape / iPlanet
Telephone / Voicemail Administrator	Responsible for maintenance of corporate telephone and voicemail systems, telephone network interface devices, digital and analog telephone service, and related equipment.  Works with local and long distance exchange carriers to manage provisioning of carrier services. Supported technologies : Nortel / Octel / Active Voice / Repartee / Other Key & PBX Systems
Information Systems / Technology Manager	Responsible for management of technical and administrative staff and projects.  Available on an interim or contract-to-hire basis.
