Systems Administrator - Windows

Summary

Systems Administrator will be responsible for planning, implementation, and administration of clients' Windows NT/2000 servers.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

At least 5 years of information technology experience with an emphasis on systems administration in a Windows environment
Experience and guru-level competency administering Windows NT/2000 file, print, and application servers
Experience with Active Directory, domain controllers, including issues relating to installation & upgrade, global catalog servers, operations masters, databases, SYSVOL, trusts, and sites
Experience with network monitoring and reporting, capacity planning, auditing, backup & restore, network infrastructure, security, and network & systems documentation
Experience with Exchange Server, DNS/WINS, and Web/FTP services
Hands-on experience with Compaq/HP or similar high-end server, storage, and media management hardware
Excellent written, verbal, and customer communications skills required
MCSE, MCSA or other vendor/industry certifications desired
