Eric Leonard joins MicroSystems Consulting as Director of Consulting.  Eric began his career as an engineer working for a Seattle-based aerospace manufacturing company and during his 5 year tenure, Eric held a number of positions, including Mechanical Engineer, Senior Sales Engineer, and finally Systems Administrator for the company's Windows NT, Terminal Services, E-Mail, and JobBoss ERP systems.  Eric has extensive experience with the JobBoss ERP system and has performed complicated migrations from the earlier DOS version to the current Windows-based version.  Eric has additional expertise in Windows NT/2000 systems & network administration, Windows NT/2000 Terminal Services implementation & administration, Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 Server migration, Microsoft Exchange deployment & best practices, project management, end-user/technical training and ERP software solutions. 

Eric earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle University and is currently a Microsoft Certified Professional working diligently to complete his MCSE and CCNA certifications.
